虚拟仿真项目在生物制品实验教学中的建设及实践探索

"生物制品"是生物技术专业的重要专业课程,该课程涉及的生物制品制备环节和场所十分繁杂,仅通过理论课程讲授,学生难以理解。本研究将课程的经典案例——"病毒疫苗的制备"设计成虚拟仿真教学实验,使学生沉浸体验在接近真实的BSL-2实验室中,完成Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒的扩增、纯化、滴度检测、灭活等环节。考核结果和问卷调查显示,虚拟仿真实验教学可以提高学生对专业理论知识的掌握程度和应用水平,同时调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,取得良好的实验教学效果。
Construction and Practical Exploration of Virtual Simulation Project in Biological Products Experimental Teaching
"Biological Products"is an important professional course in biotechnology,which involves a complex process and venue for the preparation of biological products. It is difficult for students to understand only through theoretical courses. This study designs the classic case of the course—"Preparation of viral vaccines"as a virtual simulation teaching experiment,allowing students to immerse themselves in a nearly real BSL-2 laboratory,completing the amplification,purification,titer detection,inactivation,and other steps of herpes sim-plex virus type Ⅱ. The assessment results and questionnaire surveys show that virtual simulation experimental teaching can improve stu-dents' mastery and application level of professional theoretical knowledge,while mobilizing students' enthusiasm and initiative in learn-ing,achieving good experimental teaching results.
