基于布鲁姆掌握教学理论的六步教学法在医学文献检索教学中的应用

目的 探讨基于布鲁姆掌握教学理论的六步教学法在医学文献检索教学中的应用效果。方法 2023年3月—2023年6月,以82例学生为授课对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组学生各41例。对照组给予常规教学。观察组采取基于布鲁姆掌握教学理论的六步教学法进行授课,具体授课环节包括知识概念讲解、学生领会吸收、检索实践操作、自我分析和小组分析、知识综合梳理和自我评价等。教学后,从理论及数据库基础知识掌握情况、检索实践技能比较和学生医学文献检索课的学习体会等方面,比较教学效果。结果 两组学生相关理论知识掌握、数据库基本情况、数据库特色特点等方面,以及数据库及子数据库选择、检索字段选择方面评分比较,差异无统计学意义。观察组学生检索词分析和高质量文献检索结果优化评分高于对照组,在学生医学文献检索课的学习体会方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 基于布鲁姆掌握教学理论的六步教学法,有效提高了医学文献检索课的教学效果。
Application of Six Step Teaching Method Based on Bloom's Mastery Teaching Theory in Medical Literature Retrieval Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of the six step teaching method based on Bloom's mastery teaching theory in medi-cal literature retrieval teaching. Method From March 2023 to June 2023,82 students were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 students in each group. The control group received routine teaching. The observation group adopts a six step teaching method based on Bloom's mastery teaching theory for teaching. The specific teaching steps include explaining concepts,stu-dents' understanding and absorption,retrieval practice operations,self analysis and group analysis,knowledge synthesis and self-evaluation,etc. After teaching,compare the teaching effectiveness from aspects such as mastery of theoretical and database basic knowl-edge,comparison of retrieval practical skills,and students' learning experience in medical literature retrieval courses. Result There was no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups of students in terms of mastery of relevant theoretical knowledge,basic database information,database characteristics,and the selection of databases and sub databases,as well as the selection of search fields. The observation group students scored higher in terms of keyword analysis and optimization of high-quality literature retrieval re-sults compared to the control group,and their learning experience in medical literature retrieval courses was higher than that of the con-trol group,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The six step teaching method based on Bloom's mastery teaching theory has effectively improved the teaching effectiveness of medical literature retrieval courses .
