Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α and the pathological char-acteristics of breast cancer and the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy. Methods 41 patients with breast cancer admitted to Jinhua People's Hospital from 2022 to 2023(observation group)were retrospectively selected, and 41 women for physical examination(control group)were randomly selected.Analyze the correlation between IL-6,TNF-α levels and pathological features in two sets of serum samples;Ob-serve the correlation between changes in IL-6 and TNF-α before and after neoadjuvant therapy and the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy. Results The expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-α before neoadjuvant therapy in the observation group were correlated with tumor size and clinical stage. There is a correlation between the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α changes and the effective groups evaluated by neoadju-vant therapy ultrasound and pathological evaluation. Conclusion The dynamic detection of IL-6 and TNF-α can reflect the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy in breast cancer patients to a certain extent.
