摘要

目的 观察中医外治法在儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎的临床疗效.方法 收集2019年10月1日到2023年10月1日期间在长春市儿童医院住院治疗的髋关节一过性滑膜炎患儿病案资料,对其临床数据进行回顾性分析.结果 在相同住院时间内,中医外治组治愈率(42％)高于常规治疗组(19％),比较差异具有统计学意义.结论 中医外治法治疗儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎疗效确切.

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in children with transient synovitis of the hip(TSH).Methods The medical records of children with TSH hospitalized in Changchun Children's Hospital from October 1,2019 to October 1,2023 were collected.The clinical data were analyzed.Results During the same hospitalization,the curative ratio of the external therapy group(42％)was higher than that of the conventional therapy group(19％),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant.Conclusion External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating children with TSH.
