Establishment of Thromboela-Stogram Reference Intervals for Healthy Popu-lation in Tonghua Area
Objective Establish the reference interval of thromboela-stogram(TEG)for healthy people in Tonghua area.Methods Se-lect 616 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in our hospital from June 2023 to May 2024,aged between 18 and 65 years old.TEG testing was performed using a TEG instrument,and compared with the reference interval provided by the manufacturer.The in-fluence of gender,age,blood type,BMI value,smoking and other factors on TEG parameters was statistically analyzed.The reference in-tervals of each parameter of R,K,α-Angle,MA and CI were statistically analyzed.Results The reference intervals of TEG parameters for healthy adults in Tonghua area are:R 1-7 min,K 1-4 min,α-Angle 56-74°,MA 56-78 mm,CI-2-4;among which K,MA and CI parameters are higher than The R parameter is lower than the reference range provided by the manufacturer.There are significant differ-ences in each parameter between different genders(P＜0.05).There is no significant difference in each parameter between different age groups(P＞0.05).There is no significant difference in each parameter between people with different blood types and BMI values(P＞0.05).Compared with smokers,Compared with the non-smoking group,there was no significant difference in R parameters(P＞0.05),while the others had significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion This study effectively establishes the reference interval of TEG for healthy people in Tonghua area and provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
