Research Progress on Treatment and Complications of Intracapsular Frac-tures of the Hip Joint
Intracapsular fractures of the hip joint,as one of the most common fractures of the tibia, have irregular anatomical structures, making it difficult to achieve anatomical reduction after fracture.Postoperative complications such as malunion of fractures and skin ne-crosis at the surgical incision site are common.Currently, there is controversy regarding the optimal treatment approach. This article re-views the osseous anatomy, blood supply, fracture classification, treatment methods, and complications of intracapsular fractures of the hip joint, summarizing relevant research progress, with the aim of providing reference for clinical treatment.
