摘要
良好的子宫内膜状态是成功妊娠的关键.疾病、辅助生殖技术中的促排卵处理和堕胎等因素会损伤子宫内膜发育,破坏植入期子宫内膜容受性,影响胚胎对子宫内膜的识别和植入.复方中药通过补肾、提气和活血等功效可全面、协调促进子宫内膜发育,提高子宫内膜容受性,在临床被广泛用于治疗女性不孕不育.本文从子宫内膜胞饮突形成、血管生成、胚胎植入期激素分泌和子宫内膜容受性标志性分子表达等方面阐述复方中药对提高子宫内膜容受性的作用和机制,为临床治疗子宫内膜损伤、提高女性受孕率提供新的思路和理论依据.
Abstract
Good endometrial condition is the key to a successful pregnancy.Many factors,such as diseases,ovulation induction in assisted reproductive technology and abortion,can damage endometrial development,destroy endometrial receptivity during implantation,and af-fect embryo recognition and implantation.Compound Chinese medicine can promote endometrial development and improve endometrial receptivity through the functions of tonifying kidney,lifting qi and promoting blood circulation,and is widely used in clinical treatment of female infertility.In this paper,the effects and mechanisms of compound Chinese medicine on improving endometrial receptivity were de-scribed from the aspects of endometrial pinopode formation,endometrial angiogenesis,estrogen secretion during implantation,expression of endometrial receptivity landmark molecules and endometrial decidualization,which provided new ideas and theoretical basis for clini-cal treatment of endometrial injury,improvement of endometrial receptivity and female pregnancy rate.
