摘要
坪山快捷线（深圳北站至深圳坪山站）于2015年9月1日开通，通过政府向广州铁路（集团）公司购买服务的方式实现，每年政府补贴运营支出6000万元。为对该项政府财政支出给予合适的评价，本文从坪山快捷线开通带来的直接和间接社会效益方面予以分析研究。
Abstract
Pingshan high-efficient line(Shenzhen North Station to Shenzhen Pingshan station)open on 1st September 2015,by the government to Guangzhou Railway(Group)Company purchase service way to achieve,government's annual operating subsidy spending 60 mil ion yuan.To give proper evaluation of the government fiscal expenditure,this paper from Pingshan express line opening wil bring direct and indirect social benefits aspects to be analyzed.
