摘要
新的建筑不断涌现，使得城市更新以及危旧房改造成为建筑业发展的瓶颈。在倡导可持续发展的当今社会，将危旧房推倒重建是一种极大的资源浪费，我们需要建立合理有效的危旧房改造模式。本文就危旧房改造的难处进行了简述，并就如何实现危旧房改造提出建议。
Abstract
The new building continue to emerge,so that urban renewal and renovation of dilapidated buildings become the bottleneck of the construction industry development.In a world of promoting sustainable development,the dilapidated buildings demolished for redevelopment is a great waste of resources,we need to establish a reasonable and effective ramshackle mode.In this paper,the rebuilding of the difficulties were outlined,and proposal some advices on how to achieve the transformation of the dilapidated buildings.
