摘要
本文通过建筑设计的视角，结合CABR近零能耗节能示范楼项目在节能方面的设计以及技术方面应用，探讨近零能耗建筑被动式设计的相关实践和思考，希望能够对未来节能建筑发展起到一定的示范效应。
Abstract
According to the application of CABR’ s demonstration building in the field of ZEB(zero-energy building)technology,the paper mainly discussed the research and the implementation way of ZEB,expecting to generate certain positive effects to the future energy saving building to some extent.
