发达国家居住郊区化研究的主要理论与方法

摘要
居住郊区化是城市化后期居住区位变化的一种必然趋势，西方发达国家郊区化现象出现较早，对郊区化的研究目前已经取得了比较大的成果，并形成了一定的理论体系。本文通过收集阅读发达国家居住郊区化研究方面的文献资料，对其中的主要理论与方法进行了理论回顾和研究综述。
Abstract
House suburbanization is a kind of necessary tendency of city’s rresidencial space in the last stage of urbanization.Through paper reading of the house suburbanization study abroad,this article reviews systemly the main thoeries and methods in this region and outlooks the aspect that should be deeply studied in future.
