农村土地承包经营权确权的流转地自动分割技术研究

摘要
针对现有农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作过程中内业流转地地块分割的工作效率问题，提出一种新的按承包方权证持有人土地面积批量自动划分承包流转地的方法。首先，介绍兰德农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证系统工作流程；其次，阐述土地面积批量自动划分方法；最后，相关工作部门使用本软件，极大提高了相关业务人员的工作效率与工作质量。
Abstract
In view of the existing working efficiency problem of the contracted land plot segmentation in the contracted management of rural land approval registration agencies.The paper put forward a automatic dividing cadastral parcel area method according to the contractor warrants holders’ land area.Firstly,the contracted management of rural land approval registration agencies system workflow was recommended.Then the automatic divided method of land area was expounded.Finaly,land department used the system,which greatly improved the working efficiency and quality.
