在实际房屋工程建设中，很多房屋建筑都存在漏水、裂口、缺陷等问题，这样的建筑不仅会降低居住质量，影响房屋外在美观，还会出现倒塌等现象，给住户生命安全带来危害。本文对房屋缺陷产生的原因进行了简要介绍，分析了缺陷控制管理方法。
