空间脉冲管制冷机自适应主动减振控制技术

采用自适应主动减振控制器驱动制冷机压缩机,通过自适应窄带滤波控制算法使脉冲管制冷机50 Hz微振动力由0.21 N减为0.05 N,100 Hz微振动力由0.26 N减为0.04 N,150 Hz微振动力由0.9 N减为0.04 N,200 Hz微振动力由0.97 N减为0.02 N,250 Hz微振动力由0.69 N减为0.0 6 N.测试结果表明自适应主动减振控制对压缩机轴向前五阶具有明显的减振效果.
Adaptive active vibration control technology for space-used pulse tube cryocooler
An adaptive active controller is used to drive the compressor of a pulse tube cryo-cooler.The 50 Hz micro-vibration force of the pulse tube cryocooler is reduced from 0.21 N to 0.05 N,and the 100 Hz micro-vibration force is reduced from 0.26 N to 0.04 N,the 150 Hz micro-vi-bration force is reduced from 0.9 N to 0.04 N,the 200 Hz micro-vibration force is reduced from 0.97 N to 0.02 N,and the 250 Hz micro-vibration force is reduced from 0.69 N to 0.06 N,the test results show that the adaptive active vibration control has obvious effect on the first five har-monics vibration reduction of the compressor.
