Study on effect of optimal size parameters on energy separation of vortex tube
In order to determine the primary and secondary order of each factor of the vortex tube and find the optimal parameter combination,the orthogonal test design and range analysis method were proposed to find the optimal size parameters of the energy separation effect of the vor-tex tube.The inlet temperature of the vortex tube was set to 26 ℃,while the ambient temperature was 27.1 ℃.The results indicated that the order of the influence of the four size parameters on the energy separation of the vortex tube is:length-diameter ratio>number of nozzles>cold end di-ameter>inlet pressure.The optimal values of each parameter are a length-diameter ratio of 25.0,a number of nozzles of 6,a cold end diameter of 5 mm,and an inlet pressure of 0.8 MPa.Through the verification of the test results,it is found that the outlet temperature difference between the cold and hot ends of the vortex tube is 95.2 ℃.According to the orthogonal test design scheme,the optimal size parameters of each component of the vortex tube were found out.
