Experimental research on aerospace grade magnetic damping absorber
In order to solve the vibration problem of the Stirling cryocooler for space station cryogenic storage device,an aerospace grade magnetic damping absorber and its protective device for were design and developed.Experimental researches were conducted on the frequency adapta-bility of the absorber,the vibration reduction performance of different sample weights,and the a-daptability to aerospace grade environments.The test results show that the absorption frequency width of the magnetic damping absorber is 0.6 Hz,and the axial fundamental frequency accelera-tion is maintained within 50 mg.Maintain the axial fundamental frequency acceleration of the ab-sorber within 30 mg when the driving frequency changes within a range of 0.4 Hz.The absorber is insensitive to the weight of the sample within the range of 0-10 kg.The fundamental frequency,second-order,and time domain of the cryocooler gradually change less with the increase of sample weight.The cryocooler and vibration absorber have passed the aerospace grade mechanical envi-ronment adaptability.Before and after the mechanical test,There is no significant change in the fundamental frequency,second-order,and time-domain acceleration of the main vibration direc-tion,indicating that there is no change in the vibration reduction performance of the absorber be-fore and after the mechanical test.
