大冷量多级推移活塞型脉管制冷机

使用阶梯推移活塞加惯性管的复合调相方式结合二者的调相优势,改善非最佳匹配尺寸下推移活塞脉管制冷机性能.对阶梯推移活塞加惯性管的复合调相方式的双级脉管制冷机进行了实验研究.在第二级采用复合调相结构时,在充气压力2 MPa,运行频率51 Hz时,得到了86.4 K/22.9 K的无负荷温度,在1 251 W输入功时,第二级在34.7 K得到5 W的冷量,为推移活塞双级脉管制冷机的性能优化提供了参考.
Multistage displacer type pulse tube refrigerator with large cooling power
An experimental study of a two-stage pulse tube refrigerator was carried out by u-sing step piston and inertance tube as phase shifters,which can combine the advantages of two phase shifters to improve the performance of refrigerator with a non-optimal matching displacer.A no-load temperature of 86.4 K/22.9 K is achieved under charging pressure of 2 MPa and operat-ing frequency of 51 Hz and using hybrid phase shifters.It can provide 5 W cooling power at 34.7 K with 1 25 1 W electric input power.It provides a reference for the performance optimization of the two-stage pulse tube refrigerator with hybrid phase shifters.
