Research on temperature variation characteristics of fin tube in ambient air vaporizer
In order to promote the development of ambient air vaporizer,the substance of the heat transfer process was explored and the experiment was proposed on the temperature variation characteristic of the finned pipe wall in the vaporizer.The experimental platform for temperature measurement was constructed to analyze the variation characteristics of the finned pipe temperature in ambient air vaporizer and the liquid nitrogen was used as the experimental medium.Several re-sults base on the experiment show that,the overall temperature of the fin pipe on the air vaporizer decreases with the operation time,and the increasing trend shows in the temperature of the finned pipe wall with the direction away from the inlet of vaporizer.For the 96 Nm3/h in the actual a-mount of gasification,the attenuation rates of the wall temperature are 254.0%,91.8%,56.5%and 30.3%respectively at the 1 st,7th,11th and 16th finned pipes.The decrease is conducted in the length of the finned pipe required for the air vaporizer,with the decrease of the amount of gasi-fication.
