Dynamic simulation and thermodynamic analysis of cryo-compressed hydrogen during its no-vented storage process
A thermodynamic model is developed to describe the transient behaviors of temper-ature and pressure in a cryo-compressed hydrogen(CcH2)tank with a volume of 0.151 m3.The model is validated from the experimental data and can achieve a maximum deviation of 2.8%and 11.3%in predicting the temperature and pressure rise inside the tank.Benefiting from the mod-el,this paper also presents a thermodynamic analysis of the pressurization rate during the no-ven-ted storage period of CcH2 with different heat leaks and initial concentrations of ortho-hydrogen.Dominant parameters influencing the pressurization rate at different stages of the no-vented storage process are investigated and discussed to provide guide extending the dormancy period time of CcH2.
