电磁耦合深冷处理试验设备的模拟仿真及试验研究

为了对材料实施电磁耦合深冷强化处理工艺,提出了相关的试验设备设计方案.在方案设计过程中,借助COMSOL软件对试验设备的深冷温度场、电磁场和电磁耦合深冷温度场进行了模拟仿真,分析了深冷温度、深冷时间、磁感应强度和磁化时间对结果的影响规律,并与实际试验设备得出试验数据进行对比.结果表明,所研发的电磁耦合深冷处理设备可满足实际工艺试验要求.
Simulation analysis and experimental research on electromagnetic coupled cryogenic treatment equipment
This paper proposes a experimental equipment design scheme which can implement the electromagnetic coupled cryogenic strengthening process on material.During the design process,COMSOL software was used to simulate the cryogenic temperature field,electromagnetic field,and electromagnetic coupling cryogenic temperature field of the experimental equipment.The effects of cryogenic temperature,cryogenic time,magnetic intensity,and magnetization time on the results were analyzed and compared with the experimental data obtained from the actual test equipment.The results demonstrate that the developed electromagnetic coupled cryogenic treat-ment equipment satisfies the demands of practical process experiments.
