Supervision Mechanism and Risk Prevention of"Direct Lifting Alongside Ship"and"Direct Loading upon Arrival"for Bulk Imports and Exports
To comprehensively implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's decisions and plans to optimize the port business environment and to pursue progress while ensuring stability,Zhangjiagang Customs has optimized the supervision mode of"direct lifting alongside ship"and"direct loading upon arrival"for imports and exports with reference to risk control.At the same time,the customs has been actively exploring and expand-ing the pilot work to better serve market entities so that a strong national security defense line can be built.Re-search finds that establishing such a risk control system can not only improve the efficiency of imports and exports clearance,but also can prevent and resolve major risks.Thus,this research may provide a reference for risk preven-tion and control in implementing the"direct lifting alongside ship"and"direct loading upon arrival"regulatory models in eligible ports.
