Research on High-quality Development of Agricultural Products Export in Liaoning Province in the Framework of RCEP
The entry into force of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)ushered in new develop-ment opportunities for agricultural products export in Liaoning province,significantly expanding the trade space.After the RCEP agreement takes effect,more than 90%trade in goods within the region will be exempted from tar-iffs within 10 years,releasing new economic growth potential.High-quality development of agricultural product ex-ports in Liaoning province can innovate the trade model of agricultural products,facilitate the digital transition to online and offline integration,drive the integrated development of the industrial chain of agricultural products,and promote the high-quality development of agricultural products export trade.In recent years,government depart-ments at all levels and industrial associations in Liaoning province have actively guided the high-quality develop-ment of agricultural products export trade.Although the amount of agricultural products export has been significant-ly improved,there still exist many problems,such as narrow channel for agricultual products promotion,incom-plete cross-border integrated logistics services,inconsistent quality standard for agricultural products,and lack of brand effect.In order to achieve sustained high-quality development of agricultural products export in Liaoning province,this papers puts forward some corresponding policies,such as the establishment of agricultural products brands and industrial clusters,the development of specialized logistics systems,the unification of agricultural prod-uct quality standards,and expansion of RCEP market.
