Progress,Hotspots and Frontiers of Domestic GTAP Model:A Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace
GTAP model is an important analysis tool to assess the impact of policy. How to intuitively show the research hotspots and evolution trends in the field is of great significance for China to deal with new issues of international trade. Therefore, this paper takes 370 GTAP model-related papers published in CSSCI and Peking University core journals from 2000 to 2023 as samples, using CiteSpace software for bibliometric analysis to reveal the basic characteristics of the research literature in this field,as well as the hotspots and frontiers. The results show that the research interests in the GTAP model in China has steadily increased, with the formation of a core group of authors, although the collaboration network among authors and institutions remains relatively dispersed.Through keyword co-occurrence and clustering analysis, five major research hotspots in China's GTAP model research were identified:(1)the construction of GTAP model;(2)regional cooperation;(3)the effects of tariff policies;(4)trade frictions;(5)economic impacts.By summarizing these five hotspots and analyzing keywordbursts, the research frontiers can be divided into early, middle and recent stages. The recent stage focuses primarily on the changes of China's position in global value chains and the impact of China-U.S.trade frictions against the backdrop of rising anti-globalization trendencies.
