As a crucial means of promoting international trade and investment development,supply chain finance faces the practical need of internationalization transformation.This paper analyzes the high-level openness back ground and development trends of supply chain finance internationalization,highlighting the new opportunities and challenges faced by China's supply chain finance internationalization transformation.Drawing on China's typical practical experiences,the paper further explores various internationalization transformation strategeies for supply chain finance and the policy support system requried for such transformation.This includes government support policies such as tariff policies,trade facilitation policies,free trade agreements,financial regulatroy policies,as well as financial institution support policies involving cross-border financing,cross-boder settlement,cross-boder risk management,and cross-border financial innovation policies.The aim is to further promote the internationaliza tion transformation and high-quality development of supply chain finance,providing valuable references for deci sion-making by governments,financial institutions,and related enterprises.
