SWOT Analysis of High-Quality Foreign Trade Development in Heilongjiang Province under the RCEP Framework
The official signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)Agreement has facili-tated foreign trade among member states and promoted regional economic development.Heilongjiang Province lags behind relatively in foreign trade development and is currently undergoing industrial transformation.The advent of the RCEP Agreement presents both opportunities and challenges for Heilongjiang Province.This paper analyzes the current status of foreign trade development in Heilongjiang Province within the framework of the RCEP and em-ploys the SWOT model to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats in the Province's foreign trade development.Finally,based on the research findings,the paper proposes strategies to maintain the strengths of Heilongjiang's foreign trade while leveraging cluster effects and talent advantages to address its weaknesses.Thus,the concept of seeking common ground while reserving differences and achieving win-win cooperation should be ac-tively practiced to confront the future challenges of foreign trade in Heilongjiang Province.
