Exploration and Practice of Digital Supervision Model for Offshore Trade:A Case Study of Xiamen Free Trade Zone
As an emerging trade trend,offshore trade plays an important role in optimizing resource allocation and transforming and upgrading foreign trade.Mainstream regions mainly employ digital means such as multi-dimen-sional data cross-verification,digital service platform construction,revenue and expenditure measurement models,and enterprise profiling to implement risk prevention and control supervision for offshore trade business.Xiamen,as an important port of foreign trade and the location of the free trade pilot zone,has the industrial foundation and unique innovation advantage for the development of offshore trade.Digital innovation in supervision is of great sig-nificance for exploring new regulatory models,promoting the implementation of regulations and enhancing the du-al circulation of domestic and international economies.Based on the case of Xiamen Free Trade Zone,this paper aims to discuss the challenges in the development of offshore trade regulation.Through initiatives such as building an integrated platform,applying blockchain security architecture,multi-subject collaborative supervision,public da-ta governance,improving monitoring methods,and innovating digital supervision in high seas oil trading,the prac-tice of digital supervision for offshore trade can be conducted.Drawing on the distinctive experiences of developed countries and regions in the development of offshore trade,this paper puts forward countermeasures and sugges-tions to promote the sound development of offshore trade by standardizing regulatory means through improving the legal system of offshore trade supervision,forming regulatory synergy and strengthening scientific and technologi-cal empowerment.
