Exploring the Pathways of High-Quality Development of Quanzhou's Open Economy under the RCEP Framework
Quanzhou has a longstanding tradition of open development and is well-positioned to deeply integrate in-to RCEP cooperation.The implementation of the RCEP has brought significant opportunities for the open develop-ment of Quanzhou,but at the same time,it has also presented competitive challenges.In the new era of globaliza-tion,promoting high-quality development of Quanzhou's open economy under the RCEP framework requires a mul-tifaceted approach,with a focus on implementing six major plans:expanding goods trade,enhancing cross-border bilateral investment,integrating"market procurement+cross-border e-commerce"business models,improving core competitiveness of enterprises,optimizing and upgrading supporting services,and exploring institutional open-ness.
