摘要
用正交试验法分析研究了水泥、粉煤灰、三种外加剂及充填料质量浓度对充填料各性能指标的影响.结果表明:提高充填料的质量浓度,可以缩短其凝结时间,但其流动度会降低;提高水泥掺量可以提高充填料的强度.充填料最优配合比为普通硅酸盐水泥440kg/m3、粉煤灰400kg/m3、减水剂11 kg/m3、激发剂11 kg/m3、促凝剂110 kg/m3,充填料最优质量浓度为80%.
Abstract
Using orthogonal test to analysis and research the impact on performance indexes of filling material by cement,fly ash,admixture and filling mass concentration.The results showed that:Improving filling mass concentration can shorten the setting time of filling,but its fluidity is reduced.By increasing dosage of cement can improve the filling strength.The optimal mixing proportion of filling:ordinary Portland cement 440 kg/m3,fly ash 400 kg/m3,water reducer 11 kg/m3,excitation agent 11 kg/m3,coagulant 110 kg/m3,the filling optimal mass concentration is 80%.
