某框架-剪力墙结构安全性评估与加固建议

某中心大厦为框架剪力墙结构,因使用要求由10层增建为14层.为对它进行安全性评估、外观检测、混凝土强度检测、动态性能测试和结构承载力计算以及抗震分析.发现主要构件的混凝土强度等级均可达到设计要求,整体承重结构没有太大问题,但由于增层以及钢筋外露等原因给结构造成一定的安全隐患,已不能满足规范要求.文中对试验数据进行分析为后期的加固和修复处理提供一些参考.
SAFETY ASSESSMENT AND REINFORCEMENT SUGGESTIONS FOR A CERTAIN FRAME SHEAR WALL STRUCTURE
Due to usage requirements,a certain central building is a frame shear wall structure has been increased from ten floors to fourteen floors.The safety of the building is evaluated through visual inspection,concrete strength testing,dynamic performance testing,as well as structural bearing capacity calculation and seismic analysis.The re-sults show that the concrete strength grade of its main components meets the design requirements,and the overall load-bearing structure has no major problems.Nevertheless,the structures are subject to safety hazards by adding layers and exposing steel bars,which no longer meet the requirements of the specifications.The conclusions of the paper may provide the reference for the later reinforcement and repair treatment.
