基于田口-GRA的寒区CCP翘曲估算

为消除对寒区CCP温湿度翘曲权重判定过程中因主观因素导致的误差,采用田口-GRA方法确定各影响因素权重,建立CCP温湿度翘曲预估模型并进行精度检验.研究发现田口-GRA法能客观地确定各因素影响水泥路面翘曲的权重,其中等效温度梯度、路面板长与路面相对弹性模量对路面翘曲的影响较大且远超其他指标;研究建立的翘曲预估模型整体精度较高,平均相对误差在10%以内.估算模型有利于项目初期板面尺寸、基层及路基填筑材料的组合选择,且计算简便、易于推广.结果可为相似工程的设计提供一定的理论指导.
ESTIMATION OF WARPING OF CCP IN COLD REGION BASED ON TAGUCHI-GRA THEORY
The CCP temperature and humidity warping prediction model is established and the accuracy is tested for eliminating the errors caused by subjective factors in judgment progress of CCP temperature and humidity warp-ing weight in cold regions,in which Taguchi-GRA theory is used to determine the weight of each factor.Tagu-chi-GRA theory objectively determines the weight of various factors affecting the warpage of cement pavement.The effectiveness of the equivalent temperature gradient,and the length and relative elastic modulus on the warpage of slab is greater than that of other indexes.The overall accuracy of warpage prediction model based on CFEM-GRA theory is large and the average relative error is less than 10%.The results indicate that the estimation model is bene-ficial to the selection combination of slab size,base and subgrade filling materials at the initial stage of the project.
