基于热点应力设计弧形焊环栓钉研究

目前随着钢混结构的普遍应用,栓钉作为连接件,其疲劳性能问题也备受关注,尤其是焊趾处的应力集中效应.文中将基于热点应力法对一种新型弧形焊环进行尺寸设计,通过ABAQUS并采用线性外推方式对4种不同直径栓钉的焊环高度、宽度、倒角进行参数分析.研究结果表明,栓钉焊趾处的热点应力随焊环高(宽)度的增加、倒角的减小而减小.说明增加焊环的高(宽)度、减小焊环的倒角能够减小焊趾的应力集中效应.
STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF ARC WELD RING PEGS BASED ON HOT SPOT STRESSES
In the common application of steel-concrete structures,the fatigue performance of bolts as their connec-tors has attracted much attention,especially the stress concentration effect at weld toes.A new type of arc weld ring is designed based on the hot spot stress method,in which the height,width,and chamfer of the weld ring are paramet-rically analyzed by ABAQUS and using linear extrapolation for four different diameter pins.The results show that the hot spot stress at the toe of the spigot decreases with the increase of the height(width)of the weld ring and the de-crease of the chamfer.Increasing the height(width)of the weld ring and reducing the chamfer of the ring reduce the stress concentration effect at the toe.
