At present,the environmental pollution problems such as air pollution and virus transmission are becom-ing increasingly serious,so it is necessary to change the traditional architectural design thinking to green architectur-al design thinking.As the core content of green building concept,the goals of four saving and one environmental pro-tection are of great significance for promoting energy conservation and environmental protection in China,which are analyzed by literature analysis,interdisciplinary research,and empirical research.Innovative green building design methods are proposed combining with the independent regulation of biological physiological behaviors to improve the organic regulation of buildings and the environment.
