RESEARCH ON THE ASSESSMENT AND APPLICATION OF ZERO-CARBON BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES BASED ON HIERARCHICAL ANALYSIS APPROACH
Developing zero-carbon buildings is a national strategy of China.The evaluation of zero-carbon build-ings technology is an important part of promoting the large-scale development of low-carbon and zero-carbon build-ings.Taking the first phase of the teaching experiment complex building of Shandong Jianzhu University as the case,the comprehensive evaluation model of zero-carbon building technology in the conceptual design stage.The compre-hensive evaluation model of zero-carbon building technology in the conceptual design stage is established by the AHP,in which we obtain the zero-carbon building technology proposal scheme of the building project.On this ba-sis,the comprehensive evaluation software of zero-carbon building technology is designed and applied in the concep-tual design stage,the results from which are basically consistent with the actual application of zero carbon building technology,and the feasibility and operability of the evaluation method and evaluation software are verified.The re-search has realized the interdisciplinary and cross-professional comprehensive evaluation of zero-carbon building technology,which may provide decision-making support for zero-carbon buildings and help zero-carbon buildings with different construction objectives to reasonably choose appropriate construction technology.
