既有高速公路隧道衬砌裂缝处治技术研究

随着我国交通基础设施的迅速发展,建成并运营的隧道数量愈加庞大,隧道病害问题也愈加突出,其中衬砌裂缝为最常见的隧道结构病害之一.目前国内对于隧道衬砌裂缝的研究仍比较笼统,处治方法也相对片面.因此,文中依托天定高速公路秦州隧道工程,开展既有高速公路隧道衬砌裂缝处治技术研究,结合隧道工程地质状况、隧道施工情况、管养等因素对秦州隧道裂缝成因进行分析,并得出结果,地质因素、施工因素和运营管养因素等为秦州隧道裂缝产生的主要影响因素.根据病害情况不同进行分区裂缝整治和衬砌补强,裂缝处治和衬砌加固效果良好,可为类似高速公路隧道衬砌裂缝病害治理提供经验参考.
RESEARCH ON TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF LINING CRACKS FOR EXISTING EXPRESSWAY TUNNELS
With the rapid development of transportation infrastructure in China,the number of tunnels built and op-erated has become increasingly large,and the problem of tunnel diseases has become increasingly prominent.Among them,lining cracks are one of the most common tunnel structural diseases.At present,the research on tunnel lining cracks in China is still relatively general,and the treatment methods are also unilateral.This article relies on the Qinzhou Tunnel Project of the Tianding Expressway to conduct research on the treatment technology of lining cracks in existing highway tunnels.Based on factors such as tunnel engineering geology,tunnel construction,and maintenance,the causes of cracks in the Qinzhou Tunnel are analyzed,obtaining the results that geological factors,construction factors,and operational maintenance factors are the main influencing factors of cracks in Qinzhou Tun-nel.Targeted crack treatment and lining reinforcement are also carried out based on different conditions of diseases,achieving a good crack treatment and lining reinforcement effectiveness,providing the reference for the treatment of disease of expressway tunnels on similar highway tunnel lining.
