STUDY ON THE DISEASE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF BRICK AND WOOD STRUCTURE HISTORICAL BUILDINGS IN QINGDAO AREA
This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation system suitable for historical building disease in Qingd-ao area.The concept of disease degree index of historical buildings with brick and wood structure is introduced,and the evaluation factors of nine historical buildings with brick and wood structure are summarized and the degree is di-vided.AHP is used to calculate the weight ratio to obtain the comprehensive disease degree index.By dividing the index into five grade standards,treatment suggestions and protection measures for the corresponding situation are proposed.The historical building of No.24 Jinan Road is used as the demonstration case,the degree index of which is 0.368,indicating that the historical building is generally in a healthy state,and the disaster does not pose a threat to the building.The overall evaluation content is comprehensive and detailed,which is easy to operate,and the eval-uation results are scientific and practical.
