RESEARCH ON BASIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF REACTIVE POWDER CONCRETE WITH FLY ASH
To obtain the rule of influence of curing system, water-binder ratio and steel fiber content on mechanical properties and failure forms of RPC doped with fly ash, uniaxial compression mechanical properties tests of 78 sets of 100 mm cube and 26 sets of 100 mm×100 mm×300 mm prismatic fly ash doped RPC specimens are conducted in this paper. Based on the experimental results, the relationship between the compressive strength of RPC cube and the compressive strength of prismatic body are investigated, and the mathematical description of the basic mechani-cal parameters such as Young modulus, transverse deformation coefficient, peak strain, and peak stress of fly ash doped RPC is established. The results show that the addition of fly ash significantly improves the mechanical proper-ties of RPC.
