ATB-25在寒区道路大修工程中的优化设计研究

为提升寒区沥青路面耐久性,解决寒区ATB-25沥青路面出现的离析、渗水严重等问题.通过合理减少粗集料比例,并增加细集料比例来填充空隙,有效减少沥青混合料的级配离析程度;在摊铺环节中,运用降低螺旋布料器高度、延长螺旋布料器两端搅龙长度、增设反向叶片等措施,提高沥青混合料的混合均匀性;初压改用胶轮压路机对粗细集料进行重新分配,使沥青胶浆上浮进一步填充空隙.研究结果表明,通过兼顾沥青混合料的高温性能和密水性来调整混合料级配,并从摊铺、碾压施工环节加以改进,能够在保证ATB-25混合料高温性能的同时,有效提升ATB-25沥青路面的密水性,可为寒区类似ATB-25沥青路面的施工优化提供借鉴.
OPTIMIZATION DESIGN RESEARCH OF ATB-25 IN OVERHAUL PROJECT OF ROAD IN COLD AREAS
The problems of segregation and serious water seepage of ATB-25 asphalt pavement in cold areas should be solved to improve the durability of asphalt pavement in cold areas. A method is proposed associating with reason-ably reducing the proportion of coarse aggregate and increasing the proportion of fine aggregate to fill the gap of the road, effectively reducing the degree of segregation of asphalt mixture gradation. In the paving process, the use of re-ducing the height of the screw fabricator, extending the length of the stirrer at both ends of the screw fabricator, and adding reverse blades are suggested to improve the mix uniformity of asphalt mixture. A rubber wheel roller is em-ployed to redistribute the coarse and fine aggregates in the initial compaction procedure.The results indicate that ad-justing the gradation of asphalt mixture by balancing its high-temperature performance and water tightness, and im-proving it from the aspects of paving and rolling construction, can effectively improve the water tightness of ATB-25 asphalt pavement while ensuring the high-temperature performance of ATB-25 mixture, providing the reference for the construction optimization of ATB-25 asphalt pavement in cold regions.
