SCHEME COMPARISON OF LONG-SPAN BRIDGE IN DEEP WATER ON COLD REGIONS
We propose a process and method for comparing the construction plans of large-span bridges in deep wa-ter areas of cold regions. Bridge type schemes for rigid frame bridges and arch bridges are proposed for the construc-tion project of the Yaolingzi River Mouth Bridge. A comparative analysis of the two schemes is conducted from the aspects of economy, environmental impact, construction difficulty, and landscape effectiveness. Finally, a rigid frame bridge is selected as the recommended scheme for the project, providing the reference for bridge construction projects in cold and deep-water areas.
