NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF LARGE VOLUME CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION BY SEQUENCE METHOD
The concrete pouring of underground structure is carried out by using the construction technology of jumping warehouse method,which effectively control the occurrence of concrete cracks and avoid the leakage of un-derground structure concrete. Taking a project of the construction of mass concrete as the case,the hydration heat temperature field of mass concrete is simulated and analyzed by COMSOL software. The calculation results show that the temperature stress are reduced by using the construction technology of the jump method. The concrete tem-perature stress is much smaller than the tensile strength,and the risk of concrete cracking is effectively reduced. The pouring of the bottom plate of each warehouse leads to a partial increase in the concrete temperature of the adja-cent warehouses,but the overall impact is not significant. The maximum temperature of the bottom plate is near 45 ℃,which reflects the application effect of the jump warehouse construction method in the project. At the same time,the maximum temperature of the bottom plate is near 45℃,which does not exceed the upper limit of 55 ℃ that may cause delayed ettringite reaction,meeting the standard requirements.
