RESEARCH ON THE CONCRETE MIX DESIGN OF PREFABRICATED THERMAL INSULATION FORMWORK IN SEVERE COLD REGIONS
In order to improve the protection ability of prefabricated thermal insulation formwork on the dam and en-hance the durability of dam surface thermal insulation material in severe cold region,mix design and performance of formwork concrete are studied. From the perspective of improving the crack resistance and durability of formwork concrete,the technical indexes of raw material quality control are proposed. Through optimizing process,the mix pro-portion of formwork concrete that meets the design requirements of C50W12F400 is proposed. The development laws of compressive strength,tensile strength,ultimate tensile value,elastic modulus,freeze resistance,permeabili-ty,and other properties of formwork concrete are analyzed. The results show that formwork concrete not only has good workability,higher compressive strength and durability than the design indicators,but also has the advantages of high ultimate tensile value and low elastic modulus. The research results may provide the reference for the produc-tion and application of prefabricated thermal insulation formwork in severe cold regions.
