RESEARCH ON REGIONAL SEISMIC DISASTER PREVENTION PLANNING FRAMEWORK
Major earthquake disasters are characterized by regionalism,great destruction and wide disaster area,and it is difficult to effectively deal with them by relying on traditional single cities. Therefore,it is necessary to study earthquake prevention planning for major earthquake disasters at the regional level. This paper discusses the positioning of regional seismic disaster prevention planning under the national space planning system,as well as the connection relationship between regional seismic disaster prevention planning and various types of national space planning. A four-in-one regional seismic disaster prevention planning framework is proposed,consisting of risk management and control system,disaster prevention facility system,joint prevention system,and disaster prevention action system. The comprehensive ability of regional earthquake prevention has been improved,which is of the refer-ence significance for the development of regional earthquake prevention work.
