Since the frequency of human walking is 1 Hz~3 Hz,the specification stipulates that the vertical vibra-tion frequency of the building cover should not be less than 3 Hz to avoid the resonance caused by human walking. A reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure is with the maximum overhanging span 9.3 m and the maximum span of the non-overhanging span 24 m,the vertical vibration frequency of which is less than the specification limitation of 3 Hz,so it is necessary to supplement the power time series of the building cover. Therefore,it is necessary to sup-plement the dynamic time course of the building cover with analysis and calculation, and the vibration comfort of the building cover is verified to meet the code requirements by applying pedestrian excitation to the structure. The re-sults show that the structural design, vibration response, and isolation measures of a floor have an important impact on vibration comfort. The method of selecting the node with the maximum amplitude of the floor for dynamic time his-tory analysis is feasible, and the results of evaluating the comfort of the floor are reliable. Implementing reasonable design improvement measures based on vertical acceleration effectively improves the vibration comfort of the floor.
