摘要

为研究再生砂对再生细骨料混凝土的抗压强度性能的影响,文中通过进行3种不同品质再生砂从0~100%取代河砂时,C20、C30、C40和C50级大流动度混凝土的抗压强度试验测试.结果表明再生砂对不同强度等级混凝土的抗压强度均有明显的影响,随着强度等级提高,再生砂取代率影响越来越显著;再生砂的取代率分别在50%、40%、30%和20%时,对应的C20~C50等级混凝土可达到试配强度,超过该取代率之后,强度随取代率增加下降明显;红砖再生砂取代率分别在30%、20%、20%和10%时,混凝土可达到对应试配强度,1∶1混合的再生砂影响介于两者之间.因此,基于抗压强度考虑,再生砂对河砂取代率建议控制在30%以内较为适宜.研究结果可供再生砂混凝土制备时参考.

Abstract

The influence of recycled sand on the compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete was investi-gated in this research.Three different recycled sand were used to replace natural river sand from 0 to 100%,and the compressive strength development law of C20,C30,C40,and C50 degrees of high fluidity concrete was studied.Re-sults showed that as the replacement rate of recycled sand increased,there were significant impact on strength in dif-ferent strength grades of concrete.As the strength grade increases,the impact of recycled sand replacement rate be-came more significant.When the replacement rate of recycled concrete sand reached 50%,40%,30%,and 20%in C20,C30,C40,and C50 of concrete,the corresponding concrete could reach the trial-mix strength,and then the strength decreased significantly with the further increase of replacement rate.When the replacement rates of red brick recycled sand were 30%,20%,20%,and 10%in C20,C30,C40,and C50 of concrete,the corresponding concrete could reach the corresponding trial-mix strength.The effect of 1:1 mixed recycled sand was between the above two re-cycled sands.Based on the consideration of compressive strength,it was recommended to control the replacement rate of river sand by recycled sand within 30%.It can be used as reference in the preparation of recycled sand concrete.
