深埋厅台分离地铁车站施工工序转换多,施工变形和受力体系复杂.为明晰复杂环境条件下深埋厅台分离地铁车站施工关键技术,以某地铁15#线航东区间为工程背景,阐述了新增的SZⅡ路站竖井横通道、暗挖主体隧道、明挖站厅、扶梯斜通道等重点工序,并采用三维数值分析手段,分析了不同施工步下站台层结构位移变化特征.结果表明深埋车站条件下,适合修建明暗挖结合的厅台分离车站,从而降低施工风险和工程造价;厅台分离车站施工工序多、转换复杂,不同结构接口位置是施工控制的关键;站厅层施工对站台层结构位移分布状态存在明显影响,扶梯斜通道对站台层存在局部影响.所得结论可为类似条件下加站提供借鉴与参考.
KEY TECHNOLOGIES OF DEEP BURIED SUBWAY STATION WITH PLATFORM SEPARATED FROM HALL IN LOESS STRATA
The process conversion of deep buried subway station with platform separated from hall frequently chang-es and the system of deformation and the stress state is complex.In order to clarify the key technologies of deep bur-ied subway station with platform separated from hall under complex environmental conditions,the interval from a cer-tain city metro line 15#is introduced.Key technologies of new-added SZⅡstation,such as vertical shaft and cross passage,mined main-tunnel,open-cut hall,and inclined passage of staircase are analyzed.Meanwhile,a 3D numer-ical analysis is carried out and the displacement characteristics of platform structure under different construction steps are analyzed.Some conclusions have been drawn.Firstly,it is suitable to construction a platform-hall separat-ed station with open excavation method combined with concealed excavation method.And the construction risks and engineering costs are reduced.Secondly,the construction process is multiple and the conversion is complex.And the interface positions of different structures are the key to construction control.Finally,the hall construction has a sig-nificant impact on the displacement distribution of the platform structure,and the construction of inclined passages has a local impact on the platform.
