严寒地区公共建筑LCA环境影响研究

民用建筑中,由于公共建筑的建筑标准以及服务功能的特殊性,因此公共建筑对环境影响程度明显高于住宅建筑.文中利用eFootprint软件平台,展开严寒地区某公共建筑的全生命周期环境影响评价,通过分析公共建筑的LCA结果,明晰建筑各个阶段对九大指标的贡献率,经比较分析可知,在生产阶段,门窗工程对ADP影响较突出,装饰工程对ODP的影响贡献度较大;在使用阶段,供暖对建筑各环境指标的影响均比较显著.因此可根据比较公共建筑各部分对环境指标的影响贡献度,为后续制定减排策略提供数据支持.
RESEARCH ON LCA ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT EVALUATION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS IN SEVERE COLD REGIONS
In civil buildings,due to the building standards of public buildings and the particularity of service func-tions,the degree of environmental impact of public buildings is significantly higher than that of residential buildings.We use the eFootprint software platform to carry out the whole life cycle environmental impact assessment of a pub-lic building in a severe cold area,and through the analysis of the LCA results of public buildings,the contribution rate of each stage of the building to the nine major indicators is clarified.The impact contribution of each part of pub-lic buildings to environmental indicators can be compared,and data support can be provided for the subsequent for-mulation of emission reduction strategies.
