RESEARCH ON THE MAXIMIZING REUSE OF SHIELD TUNNELING RESIDUE AS WALL PROTECTION MUD
Basing on a shield tunnel project in Suzhou,24 groups of slurry tests with different ratio are designed to investigate the way for maximum reuse of shield slags and soil.The relationship between mud performance and raw material proportioning function is established,and the proportioning scheme with maximum content of mud and slag soil for retaining wall is obtained according to the specification.Considering the correlation between raw materials and the indexes of retaining wall mud,the optimal ratio of slag,water,and bentonite is 0.36:0.51:0.125.The study may provide a theoretical basis for the reutilization of the silty clay as retaining mud in Suzhou area.
