EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE SHEAR RESISTANCE AND RESIDUAL STRENGTH OF COHESIVE SOIL-CONCRETE INTERFACE
In order to explore the relationship between the mechanical parameters of the precast pile-soil interface and the roughness, this study analyzed the shear characteristics of the pulverized clay-concrete interface under dif-ferent roughness conditions by direct shear test using a home-made large-scale test system. The results show that the interfacial shear strength, interfacial friction angle, interfacial adhesion, interfacial shear stiffness, and interfa-cial shear displacements increase with the increase of concrete surface roughness, among which the increase of shear displacements is more significant, with a maximum increase of 55%;the interfacial adhesion decreases and then in-creases with the increase of roughness, with a maximum increase of 23.7%.The results of the study are of great sig-nificance to the engineering practice of hydrostatic piles.
