深部软岩底抽巷支护结构及数值模拟研究

为解决深层软岩底抽巷的支护难题,以赤峪矿底抽巷围岩为实例,结合实际工程背景,提出锚网喷与顶板锚索结合的支护方案.同时将工程实测数据与ABAQUS有限元软件模拟结果相结合对支护方案的有效性和合理性进行了全面讨论.结果表明围岩应力主要集中在巷道底板偏下部位以及顶板偏上部位;锚网、索、杆位移变化集中出现在锚网的帮部位置处;围岩浅部变形量较小,应力值较低,说明支护结构发挥出支护效能,起到很好的主动支护作用.
STUDY ON THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF DEEP SOFT ROCK BOTTOM DRAINAGE ROADWAY
The surrounding rock of the bottom drainage roadway in Chiyu Mine is taken to study the support chal-lenges of deep soft rock bottom drainage roadway.Combined with the actual engineering background,a support scheme combining anchor mesh spray and roof anchor cable is proposed.By combining the project's measured data of the project with the simulation results of ABAQUS finite element software,the effectiveness and rationality of the support scheme are comprehensively discussed.The results indicate that the stress of the surrounding rock is primar-ily concentrated in the lower part of the roadway floor and the upper part of the roof.The displacement changes of the anchor net,cable,and rod are most concentrated on the side position of the anchornet.The shallow deformation of the surrounding rock is small and the stress value is low,indicating that the supporting structure has exerted its support efficiency and played a good active supporting role.
