LOADING TESTS OF A CONTINUOUS BEAM BRIDGE WITH A SINGLE BOX AND THREE COMPARTMENTS FORM
The paper investigates stress state of a continuous beam bridge with a single box and three compartments form, the load carrying capacity and structural deformation of which are checked to meet design requirements under normal usage. With the finite element analysis by means of Midas/Civil,the strain state and overall deflection of the various control sections under the static load tests are obtained. The results show that the strain and deflection val-ues of each control section were basically consistent with the theoretical results, and the check coefficients corre-sponding to them are within the specified range. The measured strain and deflection values of each control section are basically consistent with the theoretical results, and the corresponding check coefficients are within the specified range. The strength and stiffness of the bridge meets the design requirements, and the load carrying capacity and structural deformation of the bridge span structure meets the design requirements under the normal use condition;before and after the loading test, the crack observation was carried out near the test section, and no new cracks are found, and the test structural capacity of the bridge span meets the design loading with no new cracks, therefore the structural load capacity of the test bridge spans met the design load.
