EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF EMBEDDED CHANNELS
As a new type of structure, the pre-buried channel has been widely used in underground rail transit in re-cent years. In the process of rail transit operation, fatigue cracks often occur in the pre-buried channel due to the re-peated loads, resulting in structural damage. Therefore,it is extremely important to study its fatigue performance.Herein, the mechanical properties of pre-buried channels have been studied, but the research on fatigue properties is relatively little. We use HDT 105A hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine to carry out fatigue loading tests on three groups of 30/20-type pre-embedded channel bare parts as the object of study, the displacement and load peak of which are analyzed. The results show that the 3 groups of specimens are in good shape after the tests, and the fa-tigue times reach 1.2 million, which meet the specification of 100 years of service life requirements, providing the reference for the application of the pre-embedded channel in the urban rail transit.
